Sponsor

The Sponsor of the February Ticket Drop Promotion (the “Promotion”) is Party In Y Parc (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who submit their email address via the official entry form hosted on the Party In Y Parc website (partyinyparc.com).

Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Party In Y Parc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Rules

By entering the Promotion, you (“You” or “Entrant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Promotion.

Entry Period

The Promotion begins on 6 February 2026 at 6:00pm GMT and ends on 28 February 2026 at 11:59pm GMT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible to win.

How to Enter

To enter, submit a valid email address using the official entry form hosted on the Party In Y Parc website.

This is the only method of entry.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant using fraudulent or automated methods.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

2 x tickets to Party In Y Parc 2026

The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. The specifics of the prize are determined solely by the Sponsor.

Any and all expenses not expressly stated, including travel, accommodation, food, drink, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning are equal between all entrants who submit their email during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within 3 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical issues.

Acceptance of Prize

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name for promotional and publicity purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by the Entrant

By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation.

The prize is valid for Party In Y Parc 2026, taking place at Y Parc, Holyhead, UK. Event details, line-up, and more information are available at partyinyparc.com.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered via a method chosen by Party In Y Parc and issued closer to the event date.

Non-Transfer & Resale

Tickets must not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Any tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without refund or compensation.

Event Changes

Party In Y Parc reserves the right to amend the event line-up, date, venue, or format where necessary. No cash alternative will be offered.
