Party in Y Parc – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable event for everyone. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to follow these rules.

🎟️ 1. Tickets & Entry

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.

• Proof of age may be required for certain ticket types (e.g., child tickets, concessions).

• Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

• Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.

• Re-entry may not be permitted – please check before leaving the site.

🛡️ 2. Security & Searches

• Security staff will carry out bag searches at entry points.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for anti-social behaviour, intoxication, or breaching these Terms & Conditions.

• Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and any dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed.

🍺 3. Alcohol & Drugs

• This is a zero-tolerance event for illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession will be removed and reported to police.

• Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 18+. Challenge 25 ID checks will apply.

• No alcohol or glass containers may be brought into the event site.

🌭 4. Food & Drink

• A wide selection of food and drink will be available to purchase from on-site vendors.

• Attendees may bring sealed bottles of water.

🧍 5. Safety & Behaviour

• Please respect other attendees, staff, and volunteers at all times.

• Anti-social or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Follow all safety instructions from stewards, staff, and emergency services.

• The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

♿ 6. Accessibility

• Accessible viewing areas, toilets, and assistance will be available.

• Please contact the organisers before the event if you have specific access needs.

📸 7. Photography & Media

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

• Professional photography, video, or drone use is prohibited without prior permission.

🌦️ 8. Weather & Event Changes

• The event will go ahead in most weather conditions – please dress appropriately.

• Line-ups, schedules, and site arrangements may be subject to change without notice.

• In extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organisers may cancel or postpone the event.

💷 9. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled by the organisers.

• No refunds will be given for poor weather, changes to the line-up, or non-attendance.

🚗 10. Travel, Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

• The main drop-off and pick-up point is just outside Ysgol Uwchradd Caergybi (see event map).

• If this area becomes busy, the school grounds will also be opened for drop-offs and pick-ups.

• We strongly encourage walking to the event to reduce congestion.

• A small road closure will be in place near the entrance – please do not attempt to drive up to the gate.

• Parking is limited; consider car-sharing, walking, or using public transport.

🔊 11. Noise & Respect for Neighbours

• Please remember this is a community event taking place in a residential area.

• Keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving the site.

• Follow steward instructions to help reduce disruption to residents.

• Anyone causing disruption may be removed from the event.
